While Kochhar is no longer in Madrid, Benares continues to offer exquisite and innovative haute Indian cuisine in a refined atmosphere. Undoubtedly, it remains one of the best Indian restaurants in the capital. Chicken is Halal certified. Lamb, not always: ask the highly professional staff.
